Using the templetes
Patient instruction and information sheets are general documents clinicians can use as a basis for providing specific instructions, information or advice to a patient. The clinician should read them carefully and make any necessary changes before using them.
The buttons at the bottom of each sheet allows you to COPY the text (to paste into an EMR / EHR) or PRINT it as plain text to provide to the patient.
You can make changes to the text, these will be incorporated into the copied or printed text.
